Since 1990 we have supplied retail, apparel and consumer brands from three sites in Guangdong. The Dongguan plant is our head office and main production base, and the site covered by our GRS scope certificate.
Recycled and virgin PE extruded to your thickness and width.

Surface treatment for print adhesion and sealing performance.

PE film from 20–80 microns, running certified recycled and virgin resin on separate lines.
Multi-layer structures for barrier, strength or a printable surface.
Adhesive coating for BOPP tape and surface treatment for print adhesion.
Up to 6 colours in-house, including regulatory and handling marks.
Jumbo rolls converted to the finished width, or prepared for bag making.
Sealing, punching, zippers, handles and adhesive strips on the same site.
Certified recycled resin is received, labelled and stored separately from virgin material, with batch records kept for traceability.
Thickness, width, seal strength and print registration are checked during each run, not only at the end of the order.
Carton count, labels, packing list and pre-shipment inspection report are prepared for your forwarder or ours.
We welcome factory visits and customer audits. If you cannot travel, we will arrange a live video walkthrough of the plant and the equipment running your order.
